Great guided meditation!

This is an amazing guided meditation not only for weight loss and getting healthier but also for general relaxation and generating peace of mind. The narrator's voice is soothing and the breathing in the beginning gets you into a state of calm right away. I like listening to it to go to sleep and rewiring my sub-conscious. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to start or continue a regular meditation practice, especially for losing weight and getting healthier!

Soothing and uplifting

This is a great meditation to get your mind right and focused on positive self-image around eating, weight and health. I use it to fall asleep and help with positive attitudes. I rarely get to the end before nodding off so if it’s not working for my weight it’s definitely helping me sleep 😋

Making me believe!

I was skeptical about this type of book, but I’m being consistent and in combination with the ketogenic diet I’m getting very good results!

Surprisingly interesting!

This meditation book was surprisingly interesting! Some may find the whole hypnosis and mindfulness thing a little out there at first, but the best part is the focus on reframing your relationship with food; focusing on healthy choices because you want to be healthy, not because you’re punishing yourself to try to reach some artificial standard of beauty. A worthwhile listen.
