5 fulfilling stars!!! Loved every single utterance

I can't even believe how much I loved this story. Zach is so sweet. He's so insecure. That kiss... oh, you know the one or will when you read/listen to it, GOOD LORD, I FELT that kiss... Wow! Piper and Zach.... they hate each other so, not at all... so much they might just fall in love. I can definitely tell you that I fell in love with them! I was beyond smitten with both main characters and Zach's children. The entire storyline was fantastic... if I wasn't literally laughing out loud, than I had this wistful and happy smile on my face, and I ended the book with tears streaming down my face (no joke)!!!

Jason Clarke had me giggling. I'm in love with the way Jason Clarke narrates little boys and his Bristish accent. I love that at one point wanker was nearly said half a dozen times in this delightfully British voice. I was so obsessed with the way he could change his voice. Now, Amanda Ronconi was fabulous!! I just love her voice. It's upbeat and fun and it's just an overall pleasant and happy voice. I can't help but want to listen to more books with her narration. She's an absolute gem... a peach!!

Frenemies to lovers

Is it possible to just float from all the deliciousness of listening to a Lauren Blakely book? Yes, it is especially when it is narrated by Jason Clarke and Amanda Ronconi.

Zach Nolan is 10 kinds of "hot sexy man". He's a shark in the courtroom, he's an A+ single dad and he's an expert in giving his frenemy a hard time.

Piper Radcliff is a wedding planner extraordinaire. She has devoted her life to her business and has little time for love even though that is her business. Her office neighbor and long term frenemy irritates her to no end, that is until he doesn't.

Zach and Piper have a wonderful build up with all their banter back and forth and with them being friends in the same circle as well as sharing an office when their built up attraction finally explodes it is game on. Oh yes, this all begins with the game Never Have I Ever. Truths can be revealed in an innocent game or maybe it's not so innocent after all.

This audiobook is amazing. The story is fantastic. There is snarky back and forth, fireworks attractions, tender love, family, friends, and just living life in the best ways possible. Then add on the added bonus of getting to listen to Jason Clarke and Amanda Ronconi and it is a win win all the way.

I received an early copy of the audiobook to listen and review and give my honest opinion. This is a definite 5 stars for me. Love the story, and the narration is perfect.

From friendship with children to love and romance

Love this story. Very sweet relationship with the kids first then the romance comes. Love the the children's perspective came first.

Amazing

Lauren Blakey does it again with another phenomenally captivating, adorable, addictive, and witty romance. I love her writing style. Piper and Zach are cute together, their banter is amazing, and entertaining. I enjoyed every single moment of this book.
The narration of this book was outstanding. Jason Clarke’s voice is alluring, sensual, and sexy. Amanda Ronconi was just as amazing. They both brought these characters to life.

Lauren Blakely is an audio super genius...

Lauren Blakely rarely disappoints. One of the things I love most about her books is that they deliver a satisfying read/listen without over-plotting. She lets the story and the characters develop concretely over plausible, but still unique story lines; angst is usually low, but there is still enough sense of conflict so that the character development is earned. Blakely truly is a master of plot and characterization, and her style is a perfect match for audio.

In ‘Never Have I Ever’, she has done it all again, not just in terms of the story itself, but also in terms of the crafting and casting of the audio. Zach and Piper go from frenemies to lovers over the course of the story; they are two people who know of each without really knowing each other, and by the time the book wraps, you believe their journey thru a tentative friendship and eventually into love. This is in large part due to the performances of Jason Clarke 🐉 and Amanda Ronconi. Both do such a stellar job of bringing the H and h to life and conveying not only the main characters’ relationship to each other, but also their relationships to the supporting characters. Blakely populates her stories with such memorable characters and it’s a joy to watch the connections play out, even with the smallest nods and winks, between books. Then, on top of giving us such wonderful characters, she picks amazing narrators to give them breath (breadth, too) and depth; you can’t go wrong with a Blakely audio. I’m really looking forward to her next full-cast production, (Instant Gratification) as some of the characters from that are teased here.

I just love me some Lauren Blakely!

Imagine my surprise when this little lovely appeared in my library! I was ecstatic. I love Lauren Blakely and her books are always good for some laughs and more. This one was no different. It was fun, sexy, and don't even get me started on Amanda Ronconi and Jason Clarke's narrations. Gah! That was some aural delight, let me tell ya.

Never Have I Ever was a breath of fresh air when it seems like every other book I come across have similar feels about them. I was immediately drawn into the story and kept listening until I was done.

I loved everything about this!!

I loved this enemies to lovers romance! I listened on audio, and it was fantastic! Once I started, I didn’t want to stop for anything! The narration was perfect, and the story had me completely engaged from beginning to end.

In this enemies to lovers story, we see two characters who are not only thrown together for the wedding their friends are planning, but also work in close quarters and share much of the same friend group. While it certainly wasn’t love at first sight, I absolutely loved that these two had a connection from the beginning. Their banter was fantastic, and it made the fall that much sweeter.

Piper and Zach were both fantastic characters! Zach had a backstory that broke my heart. This single dad captured my heart from the start. He is the ultimate good guy even when it may not look that way from the outside. And Piper is fun, genuine, and determined in all she does. She works hard not to let anyone down. I love the connection she shares with Zach’s kids even when they are frienemies. These two brought all the feels and had me cheering them on the whole way.

The writing in this book is excellent. I bought in the whole way through. I could feel the tension, chemistry, and all the love. The story was believable, and I loved everything about it. The narration was also perfect. While I have been a fan of Jason Clarke for a while, I was unfamiliar with Amanda Ronconi. They both did an excellent job becoming these two characters. They brought so much personality to this story, and I wouldn’t hesitate to listen to them again!

Love it!

I really enjoyed this book. The narration was spot on for me. I loved the banter between the characters. The struggles in the plot line weren't over the top drama. It was a very feel good story with enough steamy tension to keep me hooked and enough story line to make me emotionally satisfied. Thanks Lauren!

Hopelessly romantic

Opposites attract is the theme of the book. The story is fast paced and the characters are endearing. The performance was great and honestly Jason Clarke has one amazing set of pipes.
