Lovel to read I love the recipes and if I don’t have something on hand I just google a substitute. I love his Instagram page too he shares so many fun recipes and ideas. HE is honest and helpful and I just love making new recipes in my instapot! Great to read

BEST OF THE BEST
I'm very picky about cookbooks, but I absolutely LOVE this one! Every recipe I have made thus far has been excellent and I will definitely make them again. There are not pictures with all of the meals, but that was no problem. The directions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this book if you are looking for flavorful meals that are lower in calories.

Very important book! This book is great. It has more recipes than expected. I never knew that so many things could be made in the instant pot. This book has everything from breakfast to dessert.
