Great to improve communication skills

Before I picked up this book, I asked myself why was communicating with ANYONE was important. Surely you have your circle of like-minded people and clearly you know how to communicate with them, but then I realized that more often than not, I find it hard to talk to someone new. This realization made me listen "How to Talk to Anyone". Improving communication skills through the book was an adventure for me. The chapter about conversation influences was particularly helpful.
Overall, the book is full of tips and tricks on improving your communication skills and everyone will surely get something from it.
