Great information about Italy
I purchased this book as a gift for my brother and his wife, who are going to Italy for their honeymoon. Although I haven’t read this one personally, I have a few other Lonely Planet travel books and find them very helpful, and often have off the beaten path recommendations! Would recommend these books to anyone planning to travel, but unsure of where to go!

Hoping to amend after my trip, but so far, this seems like a great purchase. It is so amazing, and solid. The phrases seem very practical.

Just the right level for me to understand
Perfect book for travel to Italy. All of the necessary phrases with proper pronunciation. Exceeded other books I've seen. Also, small enough to fit in a purse to take with you.

Good guide
Heaps of info....Very little print, focuses for the most part on shams and costly lodgings/eateries. Not what I was searching for as an exploring, threatening staying, going to Italy for next to nothing 61 yr old single lady voyager

Great book
This little phrase book helped us with simple conversation and asking for directions or where our hotel was located. This phrase book has everything you need to get yourself easily around Italy.Great book.
