So Much Gold!
There is so much practical and valuable information in this book that I recommend it to amy business owner, especially those trying to get to their first million or multiple millions.
After coaching hundreds of businesses, Austin extracts all the keys to success and shares them in bite-size bits, making it easy to understand the theory and how to actually implement. Keep a notepad close, as you will have a lot of insights as you listen.
A lot of business books have good theory, or cover just one aspect of the business and key to success. As an example, I love Rich Dad Poor Dad for the theory/motivation, but it doesn't tell you how to actually do it. same thing with eMyth or The 4 Hour Workweek. Lots of theory on building systems and removing yourself, but not a lot of practical info on how to do it.
So if you are trying to figure out how to get more control in your business and scale it, I would definitely recommend this book.

Wow! Thought provoking approach!
Austin's approach to scaling a business is second to none. I love his section on freeing yourself and your time and how to delegate effectively. He really simplifies the process of growing to 7 figures in a consistent and predictable way.

Fantastic No Fluff book for entrepreneurs
The book was a refresher from many "guru" types of books.
The book is "no fluff" and is straight to the point. Austin offers clear step-by-step advice on how to improve your business with a proven formula.
Everything is explained in detail, and every chapter has a recap if anything is missed, the narration from the author itself is very well done also.
After listening to the audiobooks I have a clear understanding of the CEO role, business operations, project management, the team and hiring process, system and processes, fulfillment, referrals, and sales & marketing. I wanted to dive deeper so I took the free toolkit also, Top Notch.
Overall great book, very well done, would recommend it to any entrepreneur that is struggling to grow their business, but also to the ones which need a little bit more structure in their undertakings.

Excellent if you are stuck -
great to get you out of working in your business to ON you business.
Unfortunately the author reads the audio book way to fast ( i set my speed to 0.8 ! ) and boring. A professional narrator would have done wonders.

The best business book available!
I have listened to A LOT of business books, and so many are just fluff and high level concepts.
This book breaks everything down into actionable steps and shows you the order you should take to achieve a truly scalable and sustainable business without you being the bottleneck all the time.
I've been a business owner for over a decade and have now implemented these methodologies into my business and have never been more free and happy with my business. (Instead of being owned by it)
it's a must read if your feeling stuck and not sure what to do next.
Highly recommended!
