Loved it !
I love to fall asleep to some kind of sound and I decided to give a try these stories. I like that they are oriented to adults and more specifically to adults that have stressed lives (don't we all?!). The narrator and the ambient music was just perfect, every time I will fall asleep in a super peaceful way and wake up energized (versus when I was listening to random sounds on other platforms that will make me wake up drained). The cool thing is that you can also listen to these when you just want to chill at home, so definitely recommend !

Fall asleep!
This is a great audiobook to listen to before going to bed or while in bed! There are a lot of options for you to choose from. Stories, hypnosis, meditations. You can choose what feels right for that night to help you relax - shut off your brain — and get a good nights rest!

Hours and hours of pure relaxation!
This book is pretty straightforward. It contains lots of different meditations for sleep and relaxation. The narrator is easy to listen to, and the music is soothing. I highly recommend this for anyone suffering from stress or insomnia.

The BEST de-stressor I've ever found.
I used to struggle a lot with insomnia.
Sometimes I panic that I'll miss my alarm, other times I replay things over in my head, creating scenarios that don't exist (blowing things WAAAY out of proportion), and so much more. I really dealt with it all.
A lack of sleep really ruins your life, however, I can now say I no longer deal with any of this!
I put my head down and within minutes I've drifted off to sleep and rarely wake up more than once or twice in the middle of the night. I've come on leaps and bounds since this. Thank you so much!

A wonderfully dreamy compilation
I loved listening to this soothing compilation of stories and meditations. The narration is calming and beautiful. I am a big fan of audiobooks to drift off peacefully into sleep and I'm glad I added this wonderfully lengthy (so much value!) relaxing listen to my library.

So Interesting...
I have had insomnia for quite a few years (I am in my late 50's) and I have tried quite a few things, with limited success. After all the years raising kids (and countless sleepless nights) I thought I would just have to live with it. But the second book in the bundl surprised me! I love reading and have always loved reading to my kids... this was like somebody reading to me. The stories were accompanied by soothing music and the stories I liked best were Japanese Blossoms and the Golden Piano. Much of the book was guided visualization meditations for stress release. These were helpful and it took me a few nights to figure out the best way to use them. For me it was choosing just one chapter and listening to that with some essential oil misting in the background. I really only needed 1 chapter, so the bundle will last a long time for me! Thanks for a calming listen!
