    Any additional comments?

I needed to read Frankenstein for a project and figured that this would be a good way to try out Audible. So I look up "Frankenstein Mary Shelly" and (This happens every time I try a new service) I glance at the reveiws and don't take into consideration about the actual info of the product and I end up getting something completely different. In short, title is kind of misleading, of course I really should have looked into what I was buying a bit more thoroughly but I thought this whole process would have been pretty straight forward with a popular book like Frankenstein.

Now grammar brings to mind language bullies and bored-out-of-their-skulls students. Roy Peter Clark, one of America’s most influential writing teachers, wants to change that by putting the glamour back into grammar.

From the huge response to Lost for Words, it's clear that many of us share John's strong feelings about the use and misuse of the English language. Not because we want to split hairs (or infinitives), but because how we use words reveals so much about the way we see the world. Here John takes a sharp look at phrases and expressions in current use to expose the often hidden attitudes that lie behind them - from the schoolroom to the boardroom, from Westminster to the weather forecast.
