OKShe's just amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed this book! She takes us from her life as a kid in Philly to writing/starring/producing 30 Rock with the sharp wit and self deprecation that we've come to know her for. It's especially interesting to listen to what's going on behind the scenes at SNL or 30 Rock and how certain decisions were made (Sarah Palin, casting 30 Rock, etc...)
And of course, her asides are hilarious.
Loved it!
This series of discussions makes me laugh out loud no matter where I am. I sometimes feel a little sorry for Karl, but he holds his own for the most part. While he's a little out there, I sometimes find myself thinking, wow, what an interesting way to look at things. I'm sure this series was put together to share Karl's strange take on life with the rest of the world, but I feel that Ricky sometimes forgets that. He often verbally attacks Karl for being an idiot. But Steve brings balance to the situation by insisting that he is interested to hear what Karl has to say. I love the dynamic between the three of them.
