OKI couldn't put this listen down and am disappointed that there are no other books by this other offered by Audible. This book passed my litmus test with flying colors. My litmus test is whether I can skip/fast forward through the book & not miss anything & not care. If I fell asleep listening to this book, I had to rewind b/c I didn't want to miss an instance. She combines depth with an appropriate level of sexuality--some might call it eroticism/erotica--especially well. I ended the book with a great smile and really enjoyed the characters and their flaws. Her writing reminds me of Megan Hart, and for me, that's a huge compliment!
Ok, if you want very, very, very explicit, erotic language, then this book is for you. I LOVED IT! But it's not for everybody. And the language occurs within a romantic, hetero couple with an extra guy included once, which is less than Lora Leigh has done in another book of the same type. So, it could be your flava or not, but it was definitely mine. And the story was okay. It held everything together sensibly. But Lora Leigh is purchased more for the erotic relationship, I thin, and secondarily for the great story. If you the story means more, then you might want to pass on this one. If not, get it in a hurry. This one is a a keeper with bookmarked parts.
I can hardly express how much I loved this telling. Every aspect moved me, emotionally, mentally, and sexually. I couldn't wait to hear how the story unfolded. It was the perfect mix of romance, sex, and drama. Others should take note of how it's done. Erotica doesn't mean that all of your mental and emotional synapses and wants have to be ignored or set aside for a romp in the hay. Hart shows how to mix everything that makes romance and great, raw sex so yummy with characters who are real and have depth.
