I am an undergrad student and listening to this book on my ipod while walking around campus and working out has really helped me. I think every student should read/listen to this book. It was a real eye opener for me.

As a personal coach and as a man who wants to run my life with satisfaction and feeling of meaningful living this book is an inspiration,source of knowledge and understanding ,many tools and models to help !!I was able to listen to it while working and that is great with audio books !!
