Would you consider the audio edition of Become a Better You to be better than the print version?

Topics covered were very insightful, effective, and helpful for absolutely everyone. I am a scientist and not very religious, but felt that even though Joel is a pastor, his book was not overpowering with religion as many can be. Extremely well done and useful.
