Johanna Parker still rocks the story, she gives her amazing inflection and understands the characters on a beautiful level!

What does Johanna Parker bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Johanna Parker is fabulous. She balances all the voices so well. I wouldn't be able to picture any other voice for Sookie than Johanna's.

So good. I truly enjoy the series and couldn’t stop listening. Absolute gem! Very entertaining and sweet.

I love all the Sookie Stackhouse series but this is my favorite book with all the action, adventure and insight into Sookie's world including her men. I only listen to the series through audible.com because the narrator is so good I can't imagine just reading any of the series instead of listening.

I really enjoyed these books. I listen to this series while I work. They are easy to listen to and entertaining enough to help me through a repetitive job. I would recommend and listened to the whole series.
