So far the best kayla perrin book I've listened to. I loved the story and the narrator.

At first, I was a little skeptical to get this book. That was until I started listening, immediately I was into it! I usually listened to audio book to help me nod off into sleep and I found myself staying up until 4am to hear more. Although the ending was predictable and I felt the author could of put some of the details off until closer to the end. Only because I immediately knew what was going to happen. But as for the thrill and romance, it burst out of my ear buds and left me begging for more! It's defintely worth the money and very good!

Decent book. But the main character is sorta spoiled and bratty. I found myself cheering for the bad characters, all of the times except for one. But it's entertaining.

This book started off a little slow but the last 3.5 hours got juicy! It was a very sexy read & I enjoyed & recommend it. The main character was very believable & I really like that!

This is not for the faint of heart. It is quite graphic both in action/violence as well as sexual situations.

This is an interesting story but it could of been so much better.I did like the realization of the damaging and sometimes unexpected consequences of your actions. It wasn't a book that swept me into it. It has some interesting twists though. This one was is good enough for me to be satisfied with if I had gotten it on sale but not enough for using my credit. It does have strong sexual content but not the "steamy hot sex" that you get from Maya Banks, Shayla Black, Lora Leigh or Olivia Cunning, which I think are the best authors out there. So save your credit for the good ones and if this one happens to be on sale it's worth a try.

Perrin knows how to start a good story. She just seems to have some problems actually seeing her stories through to the end. This is the second book I've read by her where it just seemed the ending fell flat for me.

Also, I had a hard time caring about Sophie. She came off as brat-ish, and her brat-ish behavior followed her to the end. I did sympathize with her, cheer her on, and feet her pain, but she made it hard sometimes to do so. When I was finally at that point where I thought I could really like her, her shallow behavior ruined that. There seemed to be no real character growth for her. She seemed to think that love was gauged by who bought her the better tennis bracelet. (But I loved all of Perrin's characters in Getting Even, so I know she can write more compelling characters than Sophie.)

I'll continue to read Perrin's works because she can create an intriguing storyline. She just needs to work on her weak endings.
