I had heard about this book from Audible's very own podcasts touting it (and other books) and found that I just loved the though of Huffington writing something empowering to girls and women everywhere. I think she is a brilliant woman anyway and so was more than intrigued by this.
Well now that I have heard it, I must say it quite lived up to expectations. It goes into her life as well as she takes mistakes and wins from it to point out the things that seem to universally plague all women these days (and all days, really). She does this all without coming off pompous or brash, but caring and nurturing... and I think this book could help a lot of women going through all aspects of their lives.
I can see myself listening to it over and over again for motivation and for peace. Give yourself the two hours this book takes to listen and you'll see what I mean. I have a bachelorette party coming up and I plan on giving this to all my girlfriends.
I would suggest it as a "must read' for all women as it touches everything from growing up to facing death.

Arianna journey's through the emotions, fears and insecurities women face throughout life, particularly relevent in today's "narsistic" world. At 51 I could relate to ALL of it, if I had this knowledge as a girl I wouldn't have spent my life beating myself up. It's Empowering to know that we are not alone, not crazy or irrational. I will be getting a copy for my daughter and my therapist! Every women needs to hear the message in this book.
