Story
Long before the era of the news anchor, the pundit, and the mini-cam, one man blazed a trail that thousands would follow. Reporting live from the streets and rooftops of London as Nazi war planes rained terror from the skies during the Battle of Britain, Edward R. Murrow brought the stark horror of war and the shock of breaking news events directly into American living rooms for the first time, and that was just the beginning.

Story
Jonathan Edwards was a Protestant theologian and a leading revivalist preacher during the Great Awakening. Edwards wrote Freedom of the Will in the 18th century while working as a missionary to a tribe of Housatonic Native Americans in Massachusetts. He carefully drew out the differences of thought between the Calvinist and Arminian theologies and sided with the Calvinist views on humanity's will. Edwards sought to understand God's foreknowledge and how it related to free will and the ability to choose between good and evil.

Story
Bob Edwards: The Calm and Inquisitive Voice Spanning American Eras If a Mount Rushmore of great American radio broadcasters existed, Robert Alan "Bob" Edwards' (May 16, 1947 – February 10, 2024) chiseled visage would undoubtedly hold a prominent place, gazing stoically alongside fellow legends. Edwards' half-century broadcasting career defined success not by showmanship or sensationalism chasing mass popularity, but rather through steady consistency and integrity, building listener trust over generations. His smooth baritone and insatiable curiosity illuminated news big and small, high and ...

Story
The United States in Crisis: Citizenship, Immigration, and the Nation State argues that to preserve our freedom Americans must mount a defense of the nation state against the progressive forces who advocate for global government. The Founders of America were convinced that freedom would flourish only in a nation state. A nation state is a collection of citizens who share a commitment to the same principles. Today, the nation state is under attack by the progressive left, who allege that it is the source of almost every evil in the world.

Story
In the first nine chapters of Proverbs—Solomon’s letter to his son who will be king someday—Solomon provides an astounding amount of wisdom. If the son will listen to, accept, and claim this wisdom for his own, he will be a wonderful king and enjoy the fruits of kingship. The question is, will he? Business and Personal Wisdom: A Wise King’s Advice takes the wisdom Solomon gave and translates it into wisdom for us today using historical references and anecdotes from author Bob Biles’ career and personal life.

Homesteading the Plains offers a bold new look at the history of homesteading, overturning what for decades has been the orthodox scholarly view. Using data instead of anecdotes and focusing mainly on the 19th century, Homesteading the Plains demonstrates that the public’s perception of homesteading is perhaps more accurate than the one scholars have constructed.
