Soothing hypnotic voice
Siena has a beautiful soothing voice. Great for meditation and sleep. I only wish there were more episodes.

Setting the mood for sleep
In a soothing voice with just enough inflection and explanation she sets up the environmental mood. I found myself easily dozing off by the end of the 20 minutes.
