HE’S COUNTRY MUSIC’S BAD BOY… COULD SHE BE THE GIRL TO FINALLY TAME HIM?

Born into a life of wealth and privilege, Veronica Vanderbilt has never wanted for anything. Aside from a man, that is…

Thanks to her overprotective father, Ronnie’s lovelife is non-existent.

Attending a prestigious music school in Nashville seems like the perfect solution. There, she can pursue her dreams and finally find someone to punch her V-card…

Enter Aiden Addams—a country rock god, whose reputation precedes him both on stage and in the bedroom. It’s hate at first sight, even if she does keep picturing him naked.

On the surface, the pair couldn’t be more different. But as it turns out, they each have something the other needs. She’s got the pristine image required to clean up his playboy rap. And he has the sexpertise to transform her into a temptress no man could resist.

But when the line between lust and love starts to blur, they’ll have to decide if risking their hearts is worth the shot…

My first Heather M. Orgeron audiobook.

This was my first Heather M. Orgeron audiobook.
I must say, I was so pleasantly pleased by the sexy, fun rocker romance.
Which was completely captivating, and entrancing. The narratortors Avery Caris and Joe Arden took the characters to a whole new level. Making them feel so incredibly real.

Mesmerizing story

I was utterly captivated by this story, brilliantly brought to life by narrators Avery Caris and Joe Arden. Their portrayal of Aiden Addams, the notorious bad boy of the Rhett Taylor Band, and Veronica Vanderbilt, the sheltered music prodigy, was nothing short of mesmerizing. The dynamic between the characters was enhanced by the narrators' ability to convey deep emotions and humor, making their unconventional romance even more compelling. Caris and Arden's performances added depth to the story, making every moment of the fake relationship-turned-real narrative feel authentic and engaging. Their narration was the cherry on top of this satisfying conclusion to the series, making it an unforgettable audiobook experience for any romance lover.

Worth the Shots

This is the fourth book in the Booze & Bad Decisions series. Each book can be read as standalone books. This book is about Aiden the last single playboy of the Rhett Taylor band. He plays the keyboard and is the backup singer. One night he goes to his local bar and gets in a head to head competition with Veronica. She blows the crowd and Aiden away with her piano and singing skills. Aiden gets injured and the Rhett Taylor Band needs a replacement for the time being. Veronica gets the gig and agrees to fake date Aiden to help change his bad boy image. This book is spicy! Avery Caris and Joe Arden did a phenomenal job narrating this book in duet style narration.

Love some bad boy Aidan

Joe Arden and Avery Caris did a phenomenal job with Aidan and Ronnie. Joe was perfect for bad boy Aidan who loves some dirty talk. Avery captured Ronnie’s innocence and her kind heart. The two together with the chemistry and banter it was perfection. Aidan is the bad boy rock star that has major commitment issues, but when he has to take the sideline because of an injury he doesn’t expect his replacement to melt that hard heart. Ronnie aka Cherry is everything Aidan didn’t know he needed. I love the banter between the two it made the chemistry off the charts. The book has a lot of of spice. Absolutely loved this audiobook. Thank Heather M. Orgeron and Blue Nose Audio for the ALC for my honest review.

Worth The Shots was a cute story! This fake dating/rockstar romance gave all the feels. Bad boy Aiden needs to clean up his reputation. Sweet, innocent Veronica wants to learn to be a temptress no one can deny. Surely they can help each other out, right? I loved their banter and their relationship. Ronnie’s “lessons” were bringing the spice!

Recorded in duet style, Joe and Avery worked so good together! Avery’s voice was so perfect for portraying Veronica’s innocence! Joe was incredible as always. He really exuded the rockstar personality.

So Worth The Shots!

Yes, siree! I have found another must read/listen to share with you all! 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒔 by 𝙷𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 𝙼. 𝙾𝚛𝚎𝚐𝚎𝚛𝚘𝚗 is that.....𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙩 of reading/listening!

I absolutely loved Aiden Addams when I met him in a previous book & was so excited that he had his own book. I loved the chemistry that was very evident between him and Veronica Vanderbilt. He is an alcohol loving bad boy to her very much virgin self. When they agree to fake date it's a rollercoaster ride of sexiness and fun.

Not only was the story captivating the narrators were phenomenal. 𝐽𝑜𝑒 𝐴𝑟𝑑𝑒𝑛 brings it with his growls and his banter. He puts his whole self into bringing Aiden to life. And, 𝐴𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦 𝐶𝑎𝑟𝑖𝑠. I have a girl crush on her and her narrating. She portrayed the innocent Ronnie in a beautiful way. She matched 𝐽𝑜𝑒 𝐴𝑟𝑑𝑒𝑛'𝑠 awesomeness and brought the banter and feelings to life!

If you want a book/listen that will instantly hook you, keep you around for the banter and off the charts spicy chemistry and leave you with a smile on your face, then preorder this one. It's 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒕𝒔, I promise!

Worth the shots was worth the wait!

This is the final book in the Booze and Bad Decisions (moment of silence for the end of this amazing series *cries*) and we are FINALLY getting Aidens story. Aiden has been around since the first book always in the background. He also is always hanging around with Anika. When Anika surprises the band with her new girlfriend, Aiden is taken aback. While he always knew they played for the same team, it was never real and in front of him. Feeling alone and a little betrayed, he stumbles into a piano bar and meets Ronnie, during a duet dual sparks fly. There was an instant connection between the two, but Aiden already not being in the right headspace and then losing to Ronnie in the duel makes one of the worst decisions a musician can make. He gets mad and punches a wall, breaking his hand and rendering him incapable of playing piano. Guess who the band brings in to play for him while he heals…none other then Ronnie. Ronnie is a student at a fancy music school in Nashville. Coming from money and a loving family, Ronnie could not be more opposite of Aiden if she tried. But you know what they say about opposites attract right? Suddenly thrown into this rock world together, those sparks are growing into a towering inferno. While Aiden gives Ronnie advise on how to be in a rock back, she also wants him to give her lessons on how to seduce and please a man. Deciding he needs to clean up his act after his poor recent behavior, they come up with a plan to play boyfriend girlfriend in the eyes of the public. Behind closed doors they say to themselves it’s an act, but the act soon becomes reality. Can they handle the new and very real feelings?

I very much loved these two, and I was so happy to finally have Aiden get his happily ever after. He was always the one I was curious about during the series because of his relationship with Anika. There were so many times I wanted to reach through the book and just give him a giant hug and tell him it would be alright. This is definitely on the more emotional side. While Aiden is the wild child with no direction, Ronnie is on the straight and narrow with no real life to live. They are the perfect Ying to the others yang. Ronnie was slightly…naive from time to time which kind of made me go “Girl! Come on!” but over all I felt they really needed each other. While this could be considered a slow burn, considering there was no actual intercourse till the end of the book, that doesn’t mean there was plenty of OTHER things going on that made this book spicy. It was a little different than the rest of the series but I think that made it stand out. Overall, I loved this book, and it was the perfect end to the series.

The book brought back Joe Arden to narrate Aiden and Avery Caris as Ronnie. This book was narrated in Duet style, which is a first for the series. They both did such a great job bringing these characters off the pages and into your ears. With Aiden being all in his feelings and a little emotional, Joe really brought it almost to the point it was a little too much. There's a fine line between realistic emotion and over the top, and he likes to ride that line. This was a first for me from Avery Caris and I LOVED her. I really hope to hear more of her in the future. She played Ronnie and her…innocents, so well. Her and Joe made a great duet pair.

so cute and sweet

This fake dating romance was so dang cute and sweet. I really loved Aiden and Ronnie's relationship. They went from this hate/rivals relationship to friends with bennies to best friends and then to lovers, it was such a beautiful progression. And full of laughs. Ronnie's naivety was hilarious and Aiden's reactions to it even funnier, I just adored them so much.

I wasn't a big fan of Ana... I was hoping she'd grow on me, but tbh I was really upset Aiden still considered her one of his best friends in the end. I thought the way she dumped Talia on him was uncalled for and the way she treated Ronnie to be unacceptable at times. I just thought he deserved better and this felt like a hang up from his unloved past...

I dived into this story without realizing it's book four and now I'm really excited to go back and listen to the rest and I'm really hoping Josh and Kenzie are next.

The audio was so good. Avery Caris was great and Joe Arden is probably my favorite narrator ever. This was a duet narration which always takes the production up a notch, kudos to Blue Nose for a job well done.

Reformed Badboy

This was spectacular! The reformed playboy is brought to his knees by the innocent new girl in town and the chemistry is off the charts!

I can't remember the last time I giggled so much while reading a book. And then the 3rd act break up had me sobbing!

This HEA was so damn good!
