Story
Our homes are more than an assemblage of bricks and glass, wood and nails. They are the keepers of our childhood memories, our milestones, and heartaches. They evolve as we do. As a family grows and eventually retracts, a home can change hands and begin again. We are the chapters in the book of a house. From Erin Napier, coauthor with her husband, Ben, of their memoir Make Something Good Today, comes a collection of essays walking us through every room in her home, telling the story of a family’s life, of the days that made their home the place she longs for when she’s away.

Most lifestyle books for women are saying one of two things: "Hustle!" or "Slow down!" We are either prodded into endless activity and productivity or told that what we really need is to prioritize rest, relaxation, and simply "being." Is it any wonder we feel torn in every direction, worried we're missing the opportunities God has placed before us while at the same time feeling guilty that we're doing too much? Into this confusion comes Heather MacFadyen's empowering message to simply occupy your God-given space—a Hebrew definition of humility.

It’s evidenced in our speech, actions, and attitudes. It’s about who we are and what we do. Most parents misguidedly prioritize behavior. The why and how to instill character. Behavior modification does not guarantee good character qualities. Character influences decisions. It’s evidenced in our speech, actions, and attitudes. It’s about who we are and what we do. The world competes for the hearts of our kids—and we see its negative impact in their pride, laziness, and entitlement. As Christians, however, we want to see the character of Jesus Christ in our children.

Story
Words are one of the most powerful forces in the universe, and they can be used for good or evil. When God created our world, He did so with words. He said Let there be...and it was so. While our words cannot bring into existence things that are not, they do have the power to build courage into a husband's life, instill confidence into a child's heart, fan into flames the dying embers of a friend's smoldering dreams, and draw the lost to Christ. This book is for every woman who desires to use her words to build up rather than tear down....

Story
Through personal experience and countless conversations, speaker and Bible teacher Jennie Allen has come to realize that most of us need to unlearn some deeply damaging messages about our emotions. We've been taught, for example, that emotions are untrustworthy when, in fact, they are a gift from God to help us notice what is wrong and where we need to heal. Your emotions are not something to suppress or ignore. They are meant to be felt, examined, and shared.

Excellent audiobook!
Absolutely love that the author is reading her own book for the audio. Sarah is great to listen to and her words are so impactful. She's incredibly talented in getting the message across in an easy to follow manner. God uses Sarah's words to lovingly convict and make you do some heart work of your own! I would highly recommend this audiobook and I'm likely going to end up buying a copy of the physical book for reference and to pass on to others because it's just that good!

Fabulous Read
I was absolutely hooked by chapter 4 and the Sarah Molitor kept upping the stakes with each chapter and really made you stop and think about how you are using your words. I think this book would pair super well with Karen Ehman's book Keep It Shut. Each author explore the importance and power of our words and when we should speak and when we should just listen or just walk away.
Molitor's prayers at the end were a perfect way to review all that was covered and will serve as a great resource to keep coming back to.
Thank you so much for sharing this!

A wholeheartedly good book!!
I love how she incorporated Christian values, along with family values into her story that allows the reader/listener to know the authenticity of herself. She doesn’t sugarcoat life but rather teaches us all to lean on our God.

A must read!
This book came at such a pivotal time in my life. Sarah’s testimony spoke to my heart and what I am going through in my own life and marriage. No matter where you are in your journey this book will speak to every woman and mom rather you have littles still at home or an empty nester like myself. God is good and faithful through all times and Sarah said it well! I loved listening to the Audible version and hearing Sarah speak her story.

I didn’t expect to love this.
I wasn’t sure what to expect with this. I appreciate Sarah’s platform on Instagram but did she really have enough to say to fill a whole book?? What I love is that it’s not what she had to say, but what God had to say. I appreciate Sarah’s voice in storytelling, and her kind and generous assumption that we’re trying our best and we all make mistakes. This is one I plan to come back to again. Thank you Sarah.
