As we progressed into the second part of "Two Pillars Power Pack," a step-by-step guidance is broken into digestible information and empowerment. The steps of acceptance in Step 1 was a good start to Acknowledging the Struggle. Celebration of my successes have always been a challenge, but was encouraged to do so. What helped was Step 3 Cultivating Self-Compassion and Mindfulness, I tend to be too hard on myself but am more gentle with others and should be the same for myself. As mentioned in the audio, I should practice the kindness for myself as I do to others. Step 4 Unraveling Negative Thought Patterns was a goldmine for me as well, I can downspiral quickly. As stated, "Negative thought patterns have a dominoe effect." My other take away was Step 7: Embracing Body Acceptance And Positivity. These three steps alongside the rest of the steps helped me cultivate a pillar of empowerment for not only my body image, and mind, but overall well-being. I highly recommend the listen to anybody seeking to reframe their perception of self all around.

Powerful pillars

Theses books were amazing!! I have anxiety about a lot of things I can’t control. In turn I don’t eat right because I’m stressed and that keeps on weight. Then I feel bad about myself. These book help me get past those feelings and stop the cycle of unhealthiness. I admit it’s a lot to taken in but it’s sound advice. I already feel better and i believe if I keep working on it I’ll reach my goal of healthiness. Positivity is the key! Key moving forward and believe you can do it. Just take the first step and read this book.

Like a Big Upgrade

These two pillars work together: mind and body. The connections are clearer and clearer, the more we research. And the author has done a great job at pulling these worlds together so that you can live a better life.

Found in this audiobook are healthy routines, powerful awareness, and actionable steps, so you can truly thrive. Stuff you can do right away! I love how this book really does take care of the thought life stuff, as well as the physical, and even the down and dirty details, just practical life stuff. Like creating a clean environment in your home!! It's really good material in here.

self-help powerhouse

BV Healthy living is no stranger when it comes to the myriad of powerful ways that we can access a heightened and better lifestyle by the means of taking our diets, mindsets, and behaviors seriously, and this 2 in 1 collection is no different.
