Excellent and Useful Information
This was a really great book of practical advice and information. There were actually a couple of times that I thought the author was talking directly to me with some of the tips that I can see myself actually using in my day-to-day life.
I definitely recommend this for just about everyone.
The narrator was absolutely perfect. I can't imagine anyone could have done a better job.
I requested and received a free copy of this audiobook from the author, publisher, or narrator in exchange for an unbiased review. I was NOT required to write a positive review and this reflects my honest opinion of the work.

Textbook
I was provided this book as an ARC. And, it was not new information, but straight forward good advice for the most part. It's advice that people probably know, but don't really follow. All the same, it was a good listen and helpful to someone that might need some relationship help if they are will to cut through the drama and follow some simple steps.
