Good story wish it had ended better

Good storyline had me up to the end. Wish I had a better ending.
Love the twist of why everything happened and how it fell in line but at the end, wish it would’ve had a stronger ending. It left something to be desired.

Great story line, but a part two wouldn't be a mad idea. Now, as far as the virtual voice I just dealt with it as best as possible

The virtual reader was awful! Many moments I wanted to just turn it off. However the story line was good and audible helps with my morning and afternoon commutes.

Interesting Story

I liked this story. It kept you interested but it was kinda sad that we had a main character kill a child in the process of being a thief. Some people can’t handle reading a book that involves the death of child much less the murder of child. I like the AI that was reading the story, at least she got all the words correct.

How the author told the story from each characters perspective.

The author did not change her voice much during her portrayal of each character. I would’ve preferred more dramatization of her storytelling.

Hard to listen

The story was compelling enough. The narrator lacked emotion and nuance. There was a gross mispronunciation of a medical condition. Surely a human listened before this was released??? AI has a long way to go. This author deserved better.

Great story where is part 2?!! Cause I know that ending can’t be it!!! The reader which was automated didn’t bother me as much as everyone else simply because I was working but would’ve loved to have some emotion from the characters.
