Why? So, you can meet your goals and deadlines and to put it simply, get shit done. Assholes are part of our lives. We can’t escape them as they are everywhere. However, it is how we deal with them (ie: assholes at work) that makes the difference.
As The Asshole Whisperer at work, you will be able to tame people who exhibit a crappy attitude and shitty behavior regardless of their technical work performance. You do not need to be a manager to manage communication with other humans. As a human, you are in charge of communicating with others, even assholes. Hold them accountable and yourself too.
