Story
Devious and valiant, Francis de Brangelton has never failed in any of his exploits. When the Duchess de Montmurrant employs him to investigate the embezzlement of her investments and to settle a grudge, he does not hesitate to recruit his friend Henri d’Arringnon. But Francis has no idea of "Henri’s" astonishing secret. Henrietta d’Arringnon has masqueraded as "Henri" for so long that neither a military skirmish at the Savoy border nor guard duty in Versailles has exposed her. When her identity is revealed, Henrietta’s and Francis’ friendship shatters, but duty still calls.

Story
For years, while Iran and North Korea kept Western diplomats busy, China and Russia have been quietly seeding the US with spies and soldiers. Now, a silent army of occupation lurks inside US borders, and for America, it is already too late. When the assault begins—via an EMP strike that disables the US electrical grid and neutralizes her defenses all in one fell swoop—the US is caught completely unprepared. The nation is lost, and it is up to ordinary citizens to defend their cities, towns, neighborhoods, or even just their families.

Story
Before the lights went out, Jack Warrant never considered himself a prepper. That was someone on the edge, a conspiracy theorist or a doomsday cultist who had a fatalistic view of the world. He was neither a theorist nor a cultist. He was an optimist. At least that was what he told himself when the darker thoughts creeped into his psyche as he stared at the ceiling in the middle of the night. Whenever he started down the rabbit hole, he always clawed his way back into the sunlight.

The West's own governments are giving up, have already lost, or are leading the charge to something else. This doesn't sit well with those who believe in liberty. This is the story of a people who have lost the political fight, they've lost the culture wars, they haven't seen a level playing field in a generation, and they are about to be made serfs. None of that matters. They're leaving....

Story
Thirty years ago, the world ended. Giant electrovoric ants and pterodons came through a rift in space-time, millions of humans died, and that was that. Thirty years later, humanity has rebuilt … to an extent. Human ingenuity has provided some creative solutions to life without electricity, but most folks survive at the subsistence level, farming to keep themselves and their families fed.

spectacular!
I love the way the flow from book to book carries through. Mr. Webb, I hope that you never lose your inspiration for any of these novels. they get military decorum, tactics, and contingency plans into a way. the common Man can understand. My hat's off to you
