A hidden gem
It has a lot of twist and turns. Some expedite, some not so much. But it's a good thing to have in your library for those days. You'll want to be a tricky super, but don't want to go all in. A true hidden gem 💎.

Twisted therapy… good read
For those that don’t understand, sometimes you need isolation to get your head back on straight and it can often require going through dark places to fix things. Only the lucky ones will have a truly gifted soulmate find them at the right time and place to pull them out of the darkness and into the light.
This is a story of just such an occurrence when a stubborn man meets an even more stubborn woman who wants to be a part of his life. Only this story has a lot of fun and epic monster battles to keep things interesting.

absolute god tier book
Really amazing story and narrators that brought it to the light it deserves. Picked up this book on a whim and it's now in the top five of my favorite series. I can't wait for the next one to get made into audio book form. Honestly you couldn't ask for a better MC. a real person with real problems, even though they are super power related, they still feel "super" relatable. He is a good guy without being a pussy, and not bad enough to be a murder hobo. though he does kill lots haha, each death feels justified if not at least understandable.
10/10 wish I could wipe my memory so I could read it again!
