Simple but not easy
 Always appreciate Brian Tracy’s ability to explain the treats that are necessary to become your best version of yourself. All of these things are very simple, but not easy. However, if you go through and implement all of the techniques, they really do work.

Mostly good advice
Most of the advice is good, some of it I think may be a bit outdated. However, I did appreciate the thorough explanations behind the advice which made even the outdated pieces a bit more relatable. I always appreciate when someone includes the why behind something they are telling you to do. The listening experience was enjoyable.
