Yes the story isn't unique but I love this version! Mrs Wheeler is resilient an strong an give me so much encouragement on how to handle life's difficulties. Not bitter or angry or resentful like other stories I love her spirit so bright as she puts 1 foot in front of the other an moves on quickly not dwelling amking most verion epressing an boring.. She just kept moving forward with such elegance. Perfect beach read 📚 👌

Baring and bad narration
This story has been written so many times. The jilted wife, fixes up an inn. You couldn't distinguish between the female voices as most of the characters sounded the same.
Would not listen to more in the series.
