Now, 10 years and many studies later, she expands her body of work to explore a brand-new take on self-compassion. Although kindness and self-acceptance allow us to be with ourselves as we are, in all our glorious imperfection, the desire to alleviate suffering at the heart of this mindset isn't always gentle, sometimes it's fierce.

Lovely narration!
I wasn't sure a skills manual would translate well into an audio format, but it worked. I also have the hard copy to refer back to after listening. The narrator was one of the best I have heard in conveying clinical information; warm, well-paced, animated, friendly, and human vs some robotic voices I can't even listen to although I want to hear the information. Well done!

I trained with Toni over 20 years ago and it was such a treat to revisit her mastery. Right up there with Richard Schwartz (originator of IFS), I find her to be one of the best IFS trainers around.
