Wonderful book, horrible narration
The book is amazing. The author makes complex issues seem simple and doable. I am sure this work will change many lives.
However, the narration is the worse I’ve ever heard and I listen to many titles on Audible. How this passed for publishing/download is beyond me. She has awkward pauses, mispronounced MANY words and had a horribly robotic and lost sounding voice. I really think she was lost in thought while reading throughout most of the book. I cannot believe audible allowed this performance for such a great book.

The reader should be banned
It wasn’t the writing, the content was actually good. It was the damn reader. She sounded robotic and completely detached from the content.

Very enlightening
I enjoyed this book. It provides a lot of great details to better health. Dr. Ameet is truly generous with his information in teaching people how to become healthy and well.
Buying his book will help improve this world’s view on mindfulness, self-care, and love.
It’s a good book to read and study for yourself and for your loved one’s experiencing health issues.

Good information/robotic narration with many mispronunciations
I found the information in the audiobook to be very helpful. The narration was terrible and annoying to listen to. I thought for sure it was computer generated. There were many, many words that were not pronounced correctly. I will be purchasing the printed book, as I would like to have it for reference, but I just can’t listen to it again.

Stilted narration, dull story and missing material
Charts and tables are mentioned but they are not read so important information is missing from this audio book.
There is some helpful information but it is mired in the author’s long description of what she is about to tell and why.
This book might be helpful to someone with zero knowledge of the subject.

Not Meant For Audio
This book is chalked full of useful info; however, this is not meant for audiobooks as it keeps referencing back to other pages and chapters. This is definitely a hands-on book and not meant to be listened to.
