Indeed Helpful, Lucid Dreaming!
Magnificently narrated guided journey to a Lucid Dreaming. I would recommend this audiobook for that extra help in Lucid Dreaming. Gets you into a better mindset with help. This is a great way to jump-start the dreaming process and also helping in many new ways with a lot of other things.
