Severely difficult to listen to this
The narrator is very robotic. It's just a tiny bit better than listening to a computer voice. Gets very difficult to focus on it. Happy I bought it on sale :/

Great resource!
This was exactly what I was looking for! Good summary of somatic psychology through the first few chapters, followed by exercise after exercise that gave me new ideas for my clients. I see myself listening to this again next year as a refresher.
