Publisher's summary
Evie St. Claire's life takes an exciting turn when she discovers she's the rightful heir to her long-lost aunt's estate. Filled with anticipation, she quickly learns that her inheritance is a dilapidated house of little value. To make matters worse, claiming her great aunt's remains requires a journey to the serene lakeside town of Honeysuckle Springs.
Once in the picturesque town, Evie's hopes are shattered as she encounters a murder victim shortly after her arrival. Bewildered and caught off guard, she finds herself embroiled in a web of suspicion, with even the attractive police chief keeping a watchful eye on her. As whispers of a past visit circulate among the town's residents, Evie's bewilderment grows, further fueling the suspicions surrounding her involvement in the murder investigation.
However, the greatest surprise lies in store when Evie's mischievous inherited cat reveals astonishing news that forever alters her life. Little by little, the town's and her family's shocking secrets are revealed. The burning question remains: will these revelations lead her closer to the elusive killer? Moreover, will they persuade Evie to embrace her newfound connection to Honeysuckle Springs, or drive her back to the comfort of her familiar, predictable existence, pretending that none of the extraordinary events ever occurred?

Story
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Story
In 2059, two vastly different groups of people portrayed by the compelling trio of Brendan Fraser (Academy Award winner), Luke Kirby (Emmy Award winner), and Vanessa Sears (Dora Award winner) undergo cryonic suspension. While their bodies are frozen, their minds, still active and awake, are uploaded into a massive quantum computer. The first group are all astronauts, about to leave Earth on a one-way interstellar colonization mission. The second group consists of convicted murderers and volunteers who elect to serve their sentences in a virtual-reality prison.

Story
Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

Okay, so I'm in trouble. Big trouble. I'm broke. Worse, my boyfriend of five years just dumped me. What do I do? I move in with my three eccentric aunts in their family home, Davenport House. Sounds exciting, only this massive farmhouse likes to eat men. If I were a regular human, I would have run out screaming like a banshee. As a witch - I do absolutely nothing. Hey, maybe they deserved it? I'm back in Hollow Cove, the flamboyant paranormal community, where nymphs, werewolves, trolls, shifters, witches, and other paranormals live comfortable lives away from prying human eyes.

Sweet intro to Charming Cookie Corner
This is a sweet easy listen. I like the lead character, she's kind of plucky. The town is cute, I happen to really like that. The narrator does a good job with the characters.
