great information
This book was really helpful when it comes to showing you which issues you might have or that your partner might have. I really liked the questions that give you a score to show what attachment style you might have. Just being made aware of certain issues can help, but this book also gives you lessons on how to cope and improve your issues. It dives into the background and research behind understanding attachment and how looking at how we grew up could be affecting our adult lives and relationships. I recognized in myself many of the things the author talked about and I found this book very helpful. Wouls recommend this for anyone trying to understand and improve themselves and their relationships.

Much needed info
As someone who has struggled with setting boundaries for many years, this book was eye opening and empowering. I like how it addresses the feelings that go along with the guilt of setting boundaries. The book cover conflict resolution, people-pleasing, secure attachment. The book teaches how to have effective communication to express your needs and set healthy boundaries. Saying no - is not a bad thing. I am relearning this and becoming more self aware of how much of a people pleaser I am. The book is giving me the confidence to start practicing and learning a way to build healthier relationships. And the relationship I have with myself.
