Look no further!
Shadow work is the reflection or meditation, someone should do when processing thoughts and healing from trauma. I highly recommend this workbook. The author describes in detail how to use guided meditation, and provides prompts to do so effectively.

Great Audiobook on Shadow Work!
Uncover Your Authentic Self Through Shadow Work is amazing! I didn't know what Shadow Work was to be honest about it. I'm glad I listened to this audio-book. It helped me realize what's been holding me back in my relationships with others. This book is not only a great listen, but also has a workbook and journal that is part of the lessons!
You will be able to uncover things about yourself that you never realized, why you do or don't do the things that you do! I would recommend this audio-book for anyone that is searching for an understanding of your own shadow! Great audio-book overall!

Wow!
I didn't know what shadow work was when I started listening to this book, but I was instantly amazed. I love the section on breaking free from your past and the self-care crash course. The bonus guided meditation was also fabulous. Overall I learned a tone, and it was a joy to listen to.

A guide to integrate your shadow
I used to be extremely agreeable and it brought me a lot of trouble. In time, I learnt that that kind of self-sabotage was coming from somewhere. Little by little, I started unlearning and healing my trauma. Listening to this book, I broke down a couple of times. Sometimes I wished I had found it earlier, other times I was so impressed by how aptly the author describes something I just know to be true. If you are new to shadow work, I highly recommend this book. You'll learn the technicalities, but also the practical bits of shadow work. The strategies here are incredibly helpful so I suggest adopting them.
