really enjoyed this title
it took me a minute to get into this but when I did it was very good. it's clear that snow is a raging narcissist and I found myself horrified that one could only think of themselves no matter what.

Disturbingly compelling
I could relate to the story because I am a nurse and was a foster parent. A great story somehow made more real because it happened in Australia. I skipped five or more chapters in the middle because it was getting a little too gory and crudeBut I thought the author did a great job and the narration was very good

OK book but no resolution. disappointed
another one of those authors who believes the book should end in Clift hanger. the story is good but there is lots of speculation but no evidence. I'm sure it was written that way in hopes of another book that will explain it all. just not a fan of Clift hangers.

Great find, worth the time!
This author was new to me and just chose this book on a whim. Great story with well developed, believable characters who gradually reveal their personality disorders as the story unfolds. Excellent writing and performance.

Great narration, terrible ending
The story line is completely different than any book I’ve read before. It’s interesting, but the abuse of the mentally disabled can be hard to listen to.
If you like a well wrapped-up ending, this book is NOT for you. I was very disappointed in the ending.
