Great listen!
Loved this book , it's my favourite in the series and I love getting to listen to it. It has a good amount of both action and mystery and includes a lot of magic, which is my kind of story! The narrator narrates the book really well, and some of the parts are funny, and in my opinion I love stories that have a good amount of both action and humor! Loved this!

A Perfect Book
This is a wonderful book with a great reading performance by Stephen Fry. This is the most satisfying and probably my favorite Harry Potter book.

My favorite narrated by a genius
This is my favorite Harry Potter book and Stephen Fry makes it sublime!!!! The magic soars on a truly tremendous voice! Stephen Fry makes this one soar!

Better than Dale
I've never been able to stand Jim Dale's version so I haven't ever been able to experience Harry Potter on Audible. I was SO GLAD Stephen Fry's version is finally out!!
Overall they are wonderful! Such a pleasure to hear these read!! Thank you Audible for finally getting these!
Having listened to 5 now I find Fry has strengths and some weaknesses. He is really great at action scenes and drawing you in with excitement and enthusiasm. His voices could use some variation, though, and I find for some reason a lot of the humor scenes and lines fall flat - I wouldn't have even caught them like I would have reading. He's better when he's being serious.
What an absolute joy it is revisiting these books after so long.
