Love her!
Have been looking for this author for many years. She got me through some very difficult times when I was younger and faced with all those years of bottling things up from childhood, was able to close some chapters in my life. Now I just need a refresher course.

Very good guided visualization guide
I frequently use this to unwind before bed and release the stress of the day. I love Shakti's relaxing voice and nature of the guidance experience. When I'm super tired I end up going to sleep almost at the very beginning but its some of the most sleep I can recall. I also enjoy another title by this arthur titled Creating True Prosperity.
