Being in quarantine makes it tough to explore new reads/listens. I really appreciate all of your insights. My one complaint is that now my wish list is just expanding, but at least the universe is growing with it. 👨‍🚀

Interesting discussion of several titles. It is obvious that these editors are addicted to scfi since they all seemed to be aware of each title and/or author. I would suggest a change to the format to include a restatement of the author and title at the conclusion of each segment since I didn't catch them in the conversation.

This was a fun listen. It's always fun hearing people talk about stories they love. This reminded me a some good reads /listens I've had and gave me ideas for new things to and to my wishlist. Looking forward to the next installment.

It's really nice to hear about black sci-fi writers. I actually discovered Octavia Butler's books a couple of months ago and was pleasantly surprised. I just picked up one of Jamisin's books today too. I hope this continues and expands into sci-fi writers from all over the world and from different ethnicities. Audible listeners are from all over the world and this should be reflected in the books introduced or discussed.

Thank you for taking the bull by the horns and addressing a sensitive topic, and for your honesty and transparency about the fact that black authors in sci-fi is not necessarily your usual forte.
Don't let the armchair critics belittle what is necessary and long overdue. I certainly hope to see more reviews about sci-fi authors from all over the world, all walks of life and all different ethnicities - we all need to play our part in bringing peoples of the world closer together, especially through stories.
