I loved everything about this book. The perfect mix of characters, very believable personalities, Highly Recommended!

The new beginning

The couple come from different places in the world. They are in love with each other.

Good!

Incredibly typical story, except the main characters are actually fun. The MFC is a wonderful person, who isn’t rich. That’s important, since rich people are all evil and should be destroyed.

Slow start, funny story

I generally liked the story, the characters were generally believable... progress didn't seem rushed, or abrupt...
What annoyed me was two fold. I think I would have liked it better in book format. the narration was distracting.
The male narrato, while he did a wonderful Job and his accents were great, he sounded like Cary Elwes. Like now, not when he was Wesley in The Princess Bride, or Robin Hood... so I think the voice didn't quite match the character.
The female narrator I generally liked, but her accents were atrocious. Her attempt at Caribbean English sounded like a mixture of an old Indian woman and some vaguely German/French accent.

overall- enjoyable story, not much unnecessary angst.

Fun listen

Although predictable it as a fun and easy listen! I listened while working and it made the time go by quickly

enjoyable

although lately I have been not finishing several books because they are boring, I found this one engaging and I stayed remaining with it. I also appreciated the fact that the sex scenes were implied behind the closed door and not explicit. I will say that I had to look up to confirm that possums are living in the Caribbean, and was actually semi-pleased that they actually followed through to form on that. although I've had enough experience with a possums that even when when they faint and fall over I would not pick them up

bad narration

the female narrator is terrible, she breathes weirdly throughout book. like I know we all need to breathe but I don't want to hear it that loudly.

Loved it! Laughed the whole way through

I really enjoyed the book. Although, I admit it took me a couple chapters to get on board. At first I wasn't a fan of the FMC but her character definitely developed. I felt the author captured pain really well (and eventually joy). The wacky situations really made me laugh. Surprisingly, the love triangle was handled with sophistication... we could all probably take notes. The ending was a well deserved HFN but it feels like these two will end up with a HEA eventually.

Fun story

Fully enjoyed this book. Just long enough, Light hearted and several laugh out loud moments.
