Story
In this highly accessible discussion, Bart Ehrman examines the most recent textual and archaeological sources for the life of Jesus, along with the history of first-century Palestine, drawing a fascinating portrait of the man and his teachings. Ehrman shows us what historians have long known about the Gospels and the man who stands behind them. Through a careful evaluation of the New Testament (and other surviving sources, including the more recently discovered Gospels of Thomas and Peter), Ehrman proposes that Jesus can be best understood as an apocalyptic prophet.

Story
For 33 years, Jesus felt everything you have ever felt. Weakness. Weariness. Sadness. Rejection. His feet got tired. And his head ached. He was tempted and his strength was tested. And you know why? Because in becoming human, Jesus made it possible for us to see God. His tears, God’s tears. His voice, God’s voice. Want to know what matters to God? Find out what matters to Jesus. Want to know what in the world God is doing? Ponder the words and life of Jesus.

Story
The New Messianic Version of the Bible is becoming increasingly popular among believers in Yeshua (Jesus) because it puts back into an English language Bible some significant things that have been left out of other versions. Is there something missing from your English Bible? Yes. As a matter of fact, there's a LOT missing from your English Bible translation that is present in the original languages! The New Messianic Version, challenges both Jews and Christians to see that the whole Bible is Jewish. It restores the names of people and places to their "Jewish" pronunciation, and it ...

Story
Many Christians have never understood the fear of the Lord, which builds passion and intimacy into their relationship with god and makes their lives real and pure. In this rerelease of his book, John Bevere dispels the false understanding of god. Understanding why and how to fear god is the beginning of knowing Him as He yearns to be known. In his lovingly confrontational style, Bevere challenges believers to reverence God anew in their worship, prayers, and daily living.

Great adaptation
Scripture for a lot of people can be hard to connect to on a real level versus academic level but this type of dramatization certainly bridges a gap

Hands down, the best!!
Having listened to every English language audio bible, my expectations for this were pretty low. I’m actually amazed this isn’t more well known and unfortunately the publisher hasn’t done any more of the books of the Bible. This recording of Mark was done over ten years ago!! If I had the budget and know-how this production would be my ideal product. Simply amazing! Check it out!
