Story
Dare's adventures have led him and his companions to the frontier region of Bastion, on the kingdom's northern border. A largely wild and untamed land, it's the perfect place for a party of adventurers to find opportunities. Beyond that, looking out at the rugged beauty of the land he believes he can find a home here, at least for a time. There's no telling what the future holds for him on this new world, but his harem is growing and he wants to eventually be able to provide more for them than a life on the road. Someday, in the distant future, he even dreams of a place where they can ...

Dying might just be the best thing that ever happened to Dare. Not the dying itself, of course, although thankfully he doesn't remember it. He finds himself in a gray void, where a mysterious voice offers him a choice: Continue on to whatever awaits him in the afterlife, or be reborn on a world with video game-like mechanics. Which as far as he's concerned isn't a tough choice at all. Just that quickly Dare begins a new life full of possibilities, eagerly venturing out to explore a breathtaking world, level up and become powerful, and romance and fall in love with beautiful women of an ...

Having successfully defended Terana Province from the monster horde and his family from the malevolence of Ollivan Harling, Dare turns his attention to his upcoming trip to Bastion's capitol to petition for knighthood. Dare has assembled a party to tackle his first raid dungeon, the elvish ruins he discovered in the Gadris Mountains south of Nirim Manor. Thanks to his Adventurer's Eye he knows it should be easier than the raid rated monster he fought previously. Which is good because even with the reputation boost of his newly gained knighthood, as a largely unknown leader the party he's been able to gather is nowhere near the size of the average raid. The dangers of the dungeon will be but one challenge he faces as his past calls to him. It's been a year since he started his new life on Collisa, a year ...

Yet in doing so he runs into a snag dealing with the Shalin Counting Houses, a presence in almost every city and most large towns on the continent. David always was an outdoorsman and an explorer. But when Earth merged with the magical world of Tannoris, it suddenly became too dangerous for anyone without a Class to leave the cities. A shame, too, because with elves, foxkin, catkin, and many other magical beings abound, there is plenty for him to experience! But now, David’s dream just might come true! Story
I’ve always wanted to conquer the Big 5 dungeons ever since one of them took the life of my father nearly fifteen years ago. Nobody ever said the Path of Progression was easy, but my burning desire to dive can’t be quenched. I just never thought I’d be prohibited from getting a diving license just because I tried to help a bratty blonde girl get hers. Soon, we’re joined by a lovely brunette bookworm, and we start diving the dungeon on our own terms. As it turns out, I have a few abilities that greatly increase our chances of actually finishing the Path, leading to a life of fame and luxury.

Story
When it comes to action and adventure, every hero needs a good sidekick. Holmes has Watson, Batman has Robin, and Daniel has . . . Orrin. More like brothers than friends, they always have each other's backs. And as Daniel is the big, strong, handsome type, Orrin is more than happy to remain in his shadow at school, at parties, pretty much everywhere. Then things take a turn for the truly weird when a terrible accident catapults the pair into a world totally unlike their own, in which the rules of a role-playing game hold sway.

Publisher's summary
Their travels take them through Kovana, which while considered a settled region becomes wilder the farther north they go, towards the frontier region of Bastion and the kingdom's border. It still holds plenty of danger, though, untamed wilds where they'll have opportunities to face new challenges.
And meet new friends who might join them on their adventures, or possibly even become something more than just traveling companions.
Be aware: Kovana is part of a harem series and includes explicit romantic scenes. It is intended for adults.

Story
Dare has assembled a party to tackle his first raid dungeon, the elvish ruins he discovered in the Gadris Mountains south of Nirim Manor. Thanks to his Adventurer's Eye he knows it should be easier than the raid rated monster he fought previously. Which is good because even with the reputation boost of his newly gained knighthood, as a largely unknown leader the party he's been able to gather is nowhere near the size of the average raid. The dangers of the dungeon will be but one challenge he faces as his past calls to him. It's been a year since he started his new life on Collisa, a year ...

A monster horde descends on Terana Province, threatening the town and Dare's family at Nirim Manor. He's joined the strongest guards and adventurers available to face the threat, but even the mustered strength of the province might not be enough. Even worse, monsters are only the most immediate threat to his family. He's made a powerful enemy in his struggle to protect his loved ones: Sir Ollivan Harling, nephew to the Duke of Bastion. They're all waiting tensely for the other shoe to drop if the man finally makes a move. Dare will need to be stronger and more cunning than in any challenge ...

At least I was out in the air again. The past few days had been underground in a prison cell. I had hardly eaten since my capture. If I won my fight, I would win my freedom. Those were the rules. I was naked and bare-handed. So was my opponent. That didn’t make it an especially fair fight. I was strong and just short of six feet tall. My opponent was at least six-nine, maybe seven feet. An Ogress. Her size and slightly mottled skin gave her away. She was naked and bare-handed, too. The story is related to The Guardian Maidens or Sturgil’s Mark. It isn’t a sequel, and it’s not ...

Intrigued
I really like the idea of virtual voice if it’s from book 1, never as a replacement of an established human talent. At times it takes a minute understand a lasso is not pronounced lasu. There are some other words equally pronounced oddly but English is not easy. I wish there was an option on audiobooks that had a terrible voice actor, you could switch to virtual voice. Especially for people who have wrong accents to English and I’m not talking about Boston versus Los Angeles.
Virtual Voice does give an even cadence that is not very off-putting. Would be nice to have more differentiation in voices characters have. Something universally popular amongst human beings.

Really wish for a full cast to take on this series
Only complaint is the odd morals of the MC. I sympathize with him as I used to hold the same beliefs in my youth but most women and many men taught me over the years that people just think you’re pretentious at best. Also if he’s supposed to be as intelligent as the best minds on Earth, then he’s a right dumbass sometimes and I don’t know what that says about us. Other than that, excellent character building, world building, and plenty of fun.
