I was skeptical when I purchased, boy this book is awesome, action packed, highly recommend it.

love this book. quick listen. a friend suggested it after he read it. being I have an hour each way to and from work there was no question I would be able to listen in the car.

Riveting and kept me at the edge of my seat

I was fascinated with the topic and some chapters I had to replay them out of disbelief as it was frightening. Highly recommended read.

great story

I didnt think the voice actor was casted well at all. great book though.

Not what I expected but better.

I thought this would just be a fun adventure into the history and creepy stories from the skinwalker ranch. while it covered these topics it also got into the nature of reality and some theories of what is happening at the ranch. I thoroughly enjoyed this book espically the last two hours.

It may seem dry to some...

It may seem dry to some, but that often happens with investigations in the real world. The thing to remember is that this is an account of events, not a dramatized story. There is no super exciting ending where good triumphs over evil. What you get are observations and accounts of what happened and a healthy dose of relevant history to give the reader an educated perspective and that's about it. There are plenty of questions still unanswered about the Skinwalker Ranch and the surrounding area.

Excellent Book

Such a great book, I couldn't stop reading, and when I had to , I picked it up again as soon as I could. Great Narration, and the story was so interesting and the best research that has gone in to the ranch so far. The author is not afraid of ridicule, he just gave the facts as they are. So much more than the movie or the series. I listened to it, at least 3 times so far and I will listen again.

an incredible mystery laid out as clearly and concisely as possible I exactly the kind of person you would want to lay it out. Amazingly it is read clearly and concisely buy just the person you would want to hear it read it.
