Muy bueno!
Este libro no es como otros libros de autoayuda; es una guia para mejorar tus relaciones y tu mismo. Me ayudo a entender por que a veces me vuelvo demasiado pegajoso en las relaciones al explicar el apego ansioso en terminos simples. Ademas, ofrece ejercicios faciles como consejos para hablar y trucos de atencion plena que empece a usar de inmediato. Note un gran cambio en como me relaciono con mi pareja. Si queres dejar atras viejos habitos de relacion, prueba este libro
