James P. Pinkerton has served in two White Houses and three presidential transitions. Author of more than 3,000 articles, he's published three books on economic and policy issues. Dr. Joyce Starr, former director of Near East Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C., has authored 34 books, including 12 on Israel and the Middle East. Dr. Starr's efforts to forge water-sharing agreements between Israel and her neighbors is recounted in her books and numerous special reports. Combined, the authors have worked with seven U.S. and international think tanks on economic, environmental, political, and strategic issues.
