Eye opening

First you will feel super crummy then you move through some reflection and healing, by the end of the book you will realize you are walking away with tools and a new plan and perspective on life.

Such a soothing, healing listen

Sometimes I felt like the words spoken were hugs. I feel like I’m walking away with a few more tools than I had before. And definitely some new insight.

Great resource for anxiously attached

It has been eye opening; especially the anxious avoidant dance. Hearing the confirmation of what I was feeling and that there is a way through it was helpful.
