Everyone should know!

The first of this book is history and therefore gets bogged down a little because of the facts that are necessary to some but not others (the reason for only 4 stars on story). I do not fault him for the details....it was just a little over my economic intellect sometimes. The reader was good enough to pull me through the doldrums. But stay with it. Wait for it. The last 3 and a half hours is pure genius that I was not expecting! Griffin succinctly and factually frames the thoughts about the Federal Reserve that I have been accumulating for years. Then he gives reasons and details that support my same theory that there is a collapse coming. He even offers solutions that COULD work and which would turn our economic death into just a hangover. BUT....(Because we have dishonest men running the country, and because the "electorate is unaware of what's being done to them and therefore unable to do anything about it"..... I believe it's never going to happen! Of course he chides me for this apathy....but I likewise chide him for his surrealism. Should be required reading for every economic student....and you, too! I rarely take the time to rate books....and when I do I rarely am this excited about giving such high marks. This is an A+ Be getting ready for the collapse!

So much information. It explains just about everything that is happening in the USA and around the world. As a person of faith, the Bible is the most important book for everyone to read, this book is in the top 5. Hold firm to your Faith, it is the only eternal thing you have.

Should be required reading

Essential for any complete financial education. It's a long book, but I assure you that it is worth the investment!

To understand where we are you must have a clear view of the past. This work is a masterpiece of research and thread weaving. Injustice and destruction of the poor is an abomination and this book makes the case.

Required reading

Best book I've ever heard or read. Listened to it twice and read it once. This book lets the reader know how evil and dangerous these world leaders are. I recommend this to everyone who is concerned about the economy and state of the world today.

The future scenario is happening in the news now, scary stuff

I have had this book queued for a long time but finally started just before this election. Eye opening in its entirety to hear the historical evidence showing how so much of our education of history is drastically wrong.

The scariest part is the final chapters and doomsday scenario. Reading this after Trumps election in concert with the scores of young roving protestors setting fire to innocent businesses, media (and former president) praising them and news (including financial news) constantly screaming "THE SKY IS FALLING" because the cabals candidate didn't win, while all financials look strong and the stock market rockets upward.

Scary to know this has all happened before in our very recent history. But our version of history has been skewed by those who don't want is to remember their game plan.

No, but his performance is very good. Easy listening voice and keeps you interested in the book.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I laughed at how shocked I am at how long the big interests have been doing this and cry for the rest of of us, because NOW IS THE TIME (2016 election) for US!

Any additional comments?

Ok, so the point of this book is how we are using FIAT money instead of gold backed money. How the world governments work against and for each other in war, contracts, banking you name it, they ALL have their fingers in it. The super elites have been using US Presidents as puppets, creating wars for profit, etc. etc.....I think everyone is now aware of the game our governments have been playing for many, many decades. It kind of bounces around a bit, but is easy to keep up with. Very good book! Sorry, I am not a great reviewer. But if you love history, you will learn alot from this one about the history of our money. Like they say "follow the money" to find the answers.
