Easy on the heart

This was such an easy listen, but not in a brainless way; in a peaceful way. Being from Alabama myself, the smooth Southern of the narrator was soothing. I don’t listen to a book to accumulate more stress in my life, I listen to relax and enjoy. This was a book of kindness, and sweet relationships, with a little angst thrown in there for a good story. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Comfortable, easy listening.

Enjoyed this story with my daughter on a drive to KC. Added the app to my phone when we got home to catch the last few chapters. Very good!

Narrator did a wonderful job. also picked up gardening tips between chapters. I really enjoyed this book.

Southern Charm at its finest!!

Glory Road has been an adventure in emotions, laughter and even tears. Everything about this book screams Southern charm. From the details of scenery, down to the descriptions of each character, the listener or reader will be drawn in to this magnificent book. Thank you Lauren for such a beautiful work!!

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a sweet story. This could be a Hallmark Movie 🙌❣️

I loved it!

Having been born and raised in the south, this book reminded me of so many people I have met along the way - including family members. The narrator did a wonderful job.

Relaxing and wholesome

Gave this novel a try looking for a calming hopeful story. It did not disappoint.

Just plain sweet

I really enjoyed this book.
A few days before I bought this
I had just deleted 3 other books by another author. I had given each one at least 2 or 3 chapters before tossing them.
I absolutely hate books that the performer is a Woman and yet she reads the parts of the man also doesn’t sound like a man at all anyway this book was performed by a great performer I love this book and especially appreciate the woman who read it for me thank you.

A delight for anyone who enjoys flowers, gardening, romance in a lovely contemporary Southern setting.

Finding Happiness

I enjoyed reading about the three generations in this family and their joys and challenges. How age changes us in many ways and yet we are all looking for love and acceptance. The love these three women have for each other beautiful.
