What’s with the narration?
This is a second book from this author that’s had a terrible narrator. Do they not realize that it will absolutely ruin the story with a terrible narrator? This one is just annoying. Everybody sounds the same or totally ridiculous. I really couldn’t get into the story because the narration was so bad. I would skip it

Excellent Read
Freida never disappoints! Up until reading this one, Never Lie was my favorite. I love how Frieda leads you in one direction, having you think you know how the book will end and then boom utter shock!

Suspenseful
The sort is suspenseful, characters act true to their descriptions. It isn’t edge-of-my-seat type story for me but it may be because all but I character are much younger than me and sometimes I can’t relate.it could be a tad shorter in some descriptions. Very enjoyable.

Just ok.. not my fave from Freida
The ending was good and unexpected but overall, nothing amazing. Definitely my least favorite from this author.
It felt like a completely different story from the beginning of the book to the end.
