Story
If you’re struggling to stay on top of your to-do list, you probably have a good reason: anxiety, fatigue, depression, ADHD, or lack of support. For therapist KC Davis, the birth of her second child triggered a stress-mess cycle. The more behind she felt, the less motivated she was to start. She didn’t fold a single piece of laundry for seven months. One life-changing realization restored her sanity—and the functionality of her home: You don’t work for your home; your home works for you.

Every year, millions of withdrawn little girls and chronically overwhelmed women go undiagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder because they don't fit the stereotypical profile: they're not fast-talking, hyperactive, or inattentive, and they are not male. Sari Solden's groundbreaking study reveals that ADHD affects just as many women as men, and that the resulting depression, disorganization, anxiety, and underachievement are also symptoms of ADHD. Newly revised and updated to reflect the latest clinical research, the book explores treatment and counseling options and more.

Wonderful concepts for real life ADHD challenges
almost every concept and tip in this book is something I will put to use in my home. The only con I have to mention is that some of us do not have the financial means to hire house cleaners and especially lawn service. Other than that, I recommend this book to everyone but especially those of us who struggle with ADHD.

Loved it!
Loved it! Lots of good suggestions. Of course you don’t have to do exactly how she says but there’s lots of good ideas you can implement she may not have a Adhd but she’s good at having solutions for people that get stuck. I would love her as a best friend or daughter. She gets it!
