Enjoyable Story With Interesting History Information

Very much enjoyed the story and history around the American civil war. Can’t wait for the next book!

So enjoy the characters and imaginative plots. Partial to the narration of Thomas Lewellyn with his tongue in cheek humor.

Horrible southern American Accents

Story is engaging-although we know by know that Barker has large hands and shoulders no need to constantly remind us-no chemistry between Lewellyn and his wife Rebecca-she’s apparently just a filler-why oh why does Will Thomas insist on American characters..Horrible southern American accents
All that aside Antony Ferguson does a good performance
and the stories are obviously entertaining enough for me to have listened to them all-until I decide on my next great novel on Audible

Another good Will Thomas novel.

I love Barker and Llewelyn mysteries. This one did not disappoint! I never get bored of these characters.

Ghastly accents

This is for the audiobook. Highly recommend listening to the sample before purchasing. The terrible 'Southern' accents made it impossible for me to continue.
